Privacy requirements

Genesis is designed around no third-party cookies, no raw PII, and publisher-controlled calls.

• Hash user and session identifiers before sending them to Genesis.
• Do not send raw emails, phone numbers, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.
• Attach purpose labels and TTL to optional signals.
• Disable signal collection when a publisher or user policy requires it.
